A display device is provided to include a ground conductive layer and to electrically connect the ground conductive layer with a receiving container. A display panel(310) displays an image. A receiving container(330) includes a bottom plate(331) located opposite to the display panel. The receiving container also includes a sidewall extended from the bottom plate along the edge of the display panel. A PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(340) includes a ground conductive layer(347) exposed toward the rear of the bottom plate and is electrically connected with the display panel. A conductive adhesive member(360) is interposed between the ground conductive layer and the rear and electrically connects the ground conductive layer and the receiving container. The PCB includes a control PCB(341). The control PCB outputs a control signal for controlling the timing of a panel driving signal applied to the display panel. A source PCB(345) outputs the panel driving signal to the display panel. A connecting FPCB(Flexible PCB)(350) electrically connects the source and control PCBs.
