PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purification circuit capable of simplifying a circuit when executing a continuous blood purification method, reducing the scale of an apparatus when executing the continuous blood purification method, balancing a liquid flow rate from a patient and a liquid flow rate to the patient, and executing CHF, CHD, CHDF and ECUM. SOLUTION: The blood purification circuit comprises: a first liquid supply path 3; a first branching part 4 connected to it; a second liquid supply path 7, wherein one end is connected to the first branching part 4 and the other end is connected to a blood purifier 6; a third liquid supply path 9 connected to the first branching part 4; a first blood path 20 and a second blood path 21 connected to the blood purifier 6; a filtrate path 28 connected to the blood purifier 6; a second valve 12 provided in the second liquid supply path 7; and a third valve 13 provided in the third liquid supply path 9.
