PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely suppress the vibrations of a support object such as furniture. SOLUTION: The earthquake-proof supporting implement includes magnet holders 3 formed on both sides, a shock absorber 5 connecting the magnet holders 3 and a joint part 7 for connecting the magnet holders 3 and the shock absorber 5, making the three-dimensional displacement of the magnet holders 3 with each other possible, imparting resistance against the displacement and absorbing energy. Then, the joint part 7 includes a swollen part 27 provided on one side of the magnet holders 3 and the shock absorber 5 and a clamping part 33 provided on the other side for making relative rotation by sliding possible while holding the swollen part 27.
