PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smaller-size gas fluid reciprocating pump having high discharge pressure with low power consumption. SOLUTION: The pump comprises a cylinder formed of a non-magnetic material and having a suction port in one end and a discharge port in the other end, a fixed magnet arranged inside the suction port side cylinder, and a solenoid type electromagnet arranged on the outer periphery of the discharge port side cylinder. A vibrator formed of a permanent magnet is slidably arranged inside the cylinder between the discharge port and the fixed permanent magnet. Voltage is applied to the electromagnet to give reciprocating motion to the vibrator, whereby pumping operation is performed to guide gas fluid from the suction port into the cylinder and discharge it from the discharge port.
