The invention relates to testing of control system of aircraft. Method for testing quality of functioning of electric steering gears and autopilots of controlled missiles includes mathematical modeling in real time scale of spatial motion of aircraft, forming control signals and feeding those to autopilot, takeoff of signals from steering gear and supply of those to modeling program. Quality of functioning of steering gears and autopilots is evaluated by value of miss, at that charge of airborne power supply battery is simulated by change of power supply voltage of gearing, and effect of aerodynamical hinge load on gear is simulated by equivalent restriction of consumed current of gearing of change of resistance of anchor circuit. Device for testing quality of functioning of electric steering gears and autopilots of controlled missiles that has PC with interface block, multi-channel multi-functional programmed generator of signals, multi-channel analog-digital transformer, block for forming, receiving and processing of discrete signals, universal power source. For imitation of real conditions of functioning programmed power supply source is included, current restrictor, programmingresistor matrix and former of information field. The invention makes it possible to increase self-descriptiveness, reliability and accuracy of check of quality of electric steering gearings and autopilots functioning.
