DEVICE AND METHOD OF SETTING INITIATOR SITUATION FOR NFC TERMINAL

An initiator setup device of an NFC(Near Field Communication) terminal and a method are provided to quickly determine an initiator without delay and deadlock generation, thereby increasing reliability as shortening communication time. An application unit(30) records operation data and an application program for P2P(Peer to Peer) communication in an NFC way. A controller(20) generates a random number having a 'SEED' serial number by a program loaded from the application unit(30), and controls/monitors so that a P2P access request signal is generated by a time slot occurred by the random number. An RN(Random Number) unit(40) generates the random number having the 'SEED' serial number under control of the controller. An RF(Radio Frequency) unit(50) generates the P2P access request signal as an NFC type wireless signal to transmit or receive the generated signal. An SN(Serial Number) unit(60) provides the recorded serial number.
