A method and a device for sealing beverage of a bottle and preventing deterioration are provided to reduce the cost for deaeration because heating or a vacuum pump is not used during deaerating the bottle, and to prevent pollution caused by the air by filling a pocket with an antioxidant or antimicrobial aqueous solution. In the method for sealing beverage of a bottle(10) and preventing deterioration, a pocket(20) having a body and an inlet with the same size and same shape of the bottle are inserted into the bottle. Materials with the specific gravity of 1.0 or more are filled in the pocket. The inlets of the bottle and the pocket are overlapped and sealed from the inside or outside of the bottle inlet by an insertion or screw-type cap, a crown, or a band(60) having an air hole.
