PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door control system and a door controlling method capable of eliminating a troublesome action holding an IC card up high in a door for controlling entry and leave. SOLUTION: A first electrode 11 of transmitting equipment 10 transmitting a signal for locking the door and a second electrode 21 of receiving equipment 20 are respectively provided to a floor on one side of the door 4 and a handle part of the door 4 and, at the same time, a door control signal A is transmitted and received between the transmitting equipment 10 and the receiving equipment 20 through electric field communications. Since a transmission course is formed between the transmitting equipment 10 and the receiving equipment 20 when a user 5 comes into contact with the first electrode 11 and the second electrode 21, the door control signal A is transferred to a controller 23 only by touching the door 4. The troublesome action holding the IC card up high to a card reader or unlocking a key for the door 4 can be thereby eliminated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
