PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film delivery apparatus capable of easily changing arrangements even when a film to be mounted on a body to be mounted such as a bottle is changed to another film with a different width (folding diameter). SOLUTION: A cylindrical label L folded into a sheet-like shape which is conveyed under a condition that it is sucked and held by a pair of sucking conveying belts 3b arranged in parallel at a specified interval, is delivered to a label mounting apparatus, and a take-up member 10 for sucking and holding one face of the label L is installed. This take-up member 10 is equipped with a holding part 11 passing through between a pair of sucking conveying belts 3b and an auxiliary part 14 passing through the outside of one of the sucking conveying belt 3b. The holding part 11 receives the label L by hooking the label L and sucking and holding it when passing through between the sucking conveying belts 3b, and the auxiliary part 14 supports one side part of the label L overhanging the holding part 11 when the label L is wide.
