A portable terminal is provided to install an antenna in a speaker disposed on the portable terminal, thereby reducing a space for installing the antenna as miniaturizing the size of the portable terminal. A PCB(Printed Circuit Board) operates a portable terminal(100). The first antenna module(111) is electrically connected with the PCB, and radiates or receives propagation. A speaker module(112) is electrically connected with the PCB, and emits a sound. The second antenna module(113) is comprised in the speaker module, and is electrically connected with the PCB to radiate or receive propagation.
