Provided is a method for crosslinking a silane-grafted polymer based on polyethylene and containing fillers, which is cost-efficient, and needs no additional system or energy input. The method for crosslinking a composition comprising a silane-grafted polymer based on polyethylene and fillers comprises a step of mixing the composition with a condensation catalyst formed of lauryl stannoxane represented by the formula of [(C_4H_9)_2Sn(OOC_11H_23)]_2O. The condensation catalyst is packed in the form of a master batch. The composition comprises the condensation catalyst in an amount of 0.0036%-0.0108%. The composition comprises the fillers in an amount of 90-190 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the base polymer.
