PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum can unsealing processing machine which forms an upper face opening edge which is a cut edge of a drum can unsealed by cutting off a top board from a barrel part under a safe condition. SOLUTION: The drum can unsealing processing machine is equipped with: a drum can pushing-up units 1 which carries rotatably an unsealed drum can 11 and pushes up it; a primary curling roller 58 which bends the upper face opening edge of the drum can outside downward by bringing an annular channel 58c of the outer peripheral face into press-contact with the upper face opening edge of the drum can pushed up by the drum can pushing-up units from the upper side and rotating it; a guide roller 60 for bringing the outer peripheral face into contact with the inner face of the drum can and rotating it in the drum can; and a secondary curling roller 64 which brings the annular channel 64c of the outer peripheral face into press-contact with the upper face opening edge of the drum can and rotates it outside of the drum can. This secondary curling roller is pivoted by a rotating arm 62, and by rotating the rotating arm, the secondary curling roller is rotated while its posture is changed, the upper face opening edge of the drum can bent by the primary curling roller is further bent.
