PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcasting program recording system which prevents a user from missing a scene that he/she wants to view even when the reception state of TV broadcasting is deteriorated while moving and eliminates the need of troublesome operations by the user. SOLUTION: During the reception of the TV broadcasting, the electric field condition detection means 103 of a mobile object communication terminal 101 detects electric field strength and a control part 109 compares the electric field strength with a preset threshold. As a result, when the electric field strength becomes equal to or less than the threshold, the control part 109 executes the processing of transmitting a recording start command requesting the recording start of a program being viewed to a recording and reproducing device 110.
