An ATC and APC manual service screen display method of a machining tool and a display device thereof are provided to improve use convenience by eliminating the necessity of an exclusive operating board. An ATC and APC manual service screen display method of a machining tool includes a first step(S210) of displaying a service screen if a tool changing process stops by the alarming of the machining tool; a second step(S211) of displaying the present state and a normal state on the service screen; a third step(S220) of moving a cursor to the operating state where the present state and the normal state are not matched, and instructing an action; a fourth step(S230) of turning off and turning on the power of the machining tool; a fifth step(S240) of performing the first to third steps; and a sixth step(S250) of instructing a tool changing command.
