A cap having handles is provided to enable a user to easily open the cap of a container and to insert advertisements by securing an advertising space in unfolding the handles at the right angle of the cap. Handles(20,20') are installed at both sides of the upper end of the cap(10) of a container(100) such as a synthetic resin bottle, a glass bottle, and a pack. A fixing projection(22) is formed at the inner side of the handle. The handle is shaped like a rectangle, an oval, a wing, or a bent wing. If the handle is not used, the fixing projection of the handle is fitted to a fixing groove(12) formed on the lateral side of the cap. In opening the cap, the handles are expanded at right angle of the cap.
