A connecting structure for a pipe flange of a cooling cycle system having an internal heat exchanger is provided to increase the airtightness of a connecting structure by using coupling protrusions. A connecting structure for a pipe flange of a cooling cycle system having an internal heat exchanger(4) includes a main block(20), a flange block(30), and a coolant injection port(8). The flange block is closely contacted and coupled to one side(20a) of the main block. The coolant injection port is welded and installed on an other side(20b) of the main block. A low pressure inlet pipe(4a) and a high pressure outlet pipe(4b) of the internal heat exchanger are welded on an other side of the main block.
