Provided is a method for preparing a dried Biji(bean curd refuse) which contains 80 % or more of a Biji powder having a particle size of 100 micrometers or less. The method comprises the steps of falling the raw Biji supplied from a raw material supply hole(2) into a rotary pulverization part(1) to pulverize the raw Biji with a rotation velocity of 4,000-6,000 rpm with drying and raising the Biji pulverized one with the rising hot wind of 10-30 m^3/min at 100-200 deg.C from the lower part of the rotary pulverization part; fractioning it at a fraction part(5) of a rotation number of 400-2,300 rpm installed at the upper part of the rotary pulverization part; drying it at a drying room within 30 sec at 90 deg.C or less; and discharging the dried Biji powder.
