A method for promptly manufacturing a sample for analyzing oxygen is provided to manufacture the sample for analyzing oxygen by reprocessing a sample to which an emission spectroscopy is completed. A method for manufacturing a sample(25) for analyzing oxygen from a sample(20) to which an emission spectroscopy is completed includes the steps of cutting the sample to which the emission spectroscopy is completed to a semi-cylindrical shape, washing and drying the cut semi-cylindrical sample by polishing the cut semi-cylindrical sample, and separating the final sample by punching the sample with a punch. The cut surface, the upper surface, and the lower surface of the cut semi-cylindrical sample are polished. An ultrasonic washing is performed to the sample submerged in alcohol for more than five minutes and the sample is dried by hot wind for more than thirty seconds.
