PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spindle motor for reducing the number of components by directly installing a suction magnet on a rotor cover, enhancing an yield, and preventing oil within a bearing from flowing to the outside without additional components by adjacently installing the suction magnet above the bearing. SOLUTION: The spindle motor 100 includes a rotating shaft 111, the rotor cover 121 coupled to the rotating shaft 111 and rotating the rotating shaft 111, the bearing 115 for rotatably supporting the rotating shaft 111, a holder 125 for supporting the bearing 115, and the suction magnet 141 directly installed on the inner wall of the rotor cover 121.
