摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material for metal band for reinforcing a resin product having excellent strength and elastic properties, also having excellent flexibility, free from breakage caused by bending fatigue or the like, and having excellent life properties; and to provide a resin molding and a medical product by the band material. <P>SOLUTION: The fine metal band material for reinforcement is used for the reinforcement of a resin material, is made of a precipitation hardening type Co based alloy comprising, by mass, 30 to 60% Co, and has a cross-sectional shape with a thickness of &le;50 &mu;m and width dimensions 2 to 20 times the thickness. Each side face part is an unworked swelling surface and is rougher than the surface roughness in the pressed flat part. The fine metal band material is also provided with mechanical properties satisfying a tensile strength of 2,200 to 3,300 MPa and a Young's modulus of 170 to 250 GPa.
