A stabilizer for using vehicle is provided to drive an actuator installed between a bar and a plurality of auxiliary bars to adjust roll strength by increasing or decreasing lever ratio. A stabilizer for using vehicle includes a bar(11) fixed to an axle of the vehicle, a plurality of auxiliary bars(13) jointed to ends of the bar by pins, actuators(15) jointed to ends of the bar and the auxiliary bars by ball joints, and a plurality of links(17) jointed to the ends of the auxiliary bars by ball joints. The bar and the auxiliary bars maintain an approximate U-shape, an angle between the bar and the auxiliary bars is maintained approximately by 90 degrees and is changed when the actuators are driven. Hydraulic cylinders are used as the actuators. Hydraulic pressure of the actuators is adjusted by an electronic control unit(ECU) installed in the vehicle so that magnitude of roll strength transmitted through the links due to the change of lengths of the actuators is adjusted. The ECU detects a roll mode of the vehicle to estimate the roll strength. |
