<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved commercial web site method. <P>SOLUTION: This commercial web site method allows customer support, customer service, sales staffing, demonstration sale and interactive conversation with other customer, for a customer, by providing unidirectional or bidirectional sound/image information.
