A pharmaceutical composition for treating allergic diseases is provided to inhibit various Rho family activities by inhibiting calcium ion introduction in the cytoplasm, reduce release of a carrier such as histamine and leukotriene, and suppress an animal allergic asthma model. The pharmaceutical composition for treating allergic diseases comprises 8-oxo-deoxyguanosine as an effective ingredient, wherein the allergic diseases include anaphylaxis, allergic asthma, allergic bronchitis, allergic rhinitis, atopic dermatitis, urticaria, hey fever, allergic gastritis, allergic diarrhea, stomatitis, allergic conjunctivitis and allergic keratitis; and 8-oxo-deoxyguanosine is a nucleoside of 8-oxo-Gua produced by oxidation of guanine and is excreted as a waste matter.
