PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle capable of preventing a hem portion on a front side of a rain coat from being turned up by wind pressure from a front side during traveling, and preventing contents of a basket from getting wet with rain. SOLUTION: A rain cover device 3 is attached on a front surface of the basket 2 provided at a front portion of the bicycle 1. The rain cover device 3 has the rain coat 4 which is put on from a head, and a storing element 5 storing the rain coat 4 in a folded state. The storing element 5 is detachably attached to the basket 2, and a front end portion of the rain coat 4 is coupled to the inside of the storing element 5. When a driver 11 pulls out the rain coat 4 from the storing element 5 and puts on that from the head, the rain coat 4 covers the basket 2 and a handle 15 together with the driver 11.
