A bypass circuit for supplying a bypass voltage or current to a node on a transmission line (1, 2), comprising an inductor (4) for blocking the higher frequency components of a baseband signal transmitted on the transmission line (1, 2), while passing the near-DC frequency components; and an impedance decrease preventing element (3) for preventing an impedance viewed from the transmission line (1, 2) from decreasing due to a resonance caused by both the parasitic capacitance (5) occurring due to the provision of the inductor (4) and the inductance of the inductor (4).
