A dispenser and a refrigerator including the same are provided to prevent the tray from being broken away from the dispenser cover by maintaining a constant adherence between the dispenser cover and tray. A dispenser comprises a dispenser cover(131) in which a receiving space of which the front side is opened is formed, and a tray(151) which is accepted in the bottom of the receiving space. A protrusion(141) which contact elastically the rest one in the bottom surface of the dispenser cover and lower face of tray.
