An apparatus for producing resin embossed frame is provided to manufacture the embossed frame only by adding minimum cost without expanding the apparatus or changing a layout. An apparatus for producing resin embossed frame forms embossed patterns on the surface of the synthetic resin frame extruded from a mold(10) having a cavity(11) with an embossing roll(20). The apparatus has a recess(12) communicating with a cavity surface(11a) corresponding to the surface to be embossed and formed in an outlet end of the mold, and the embossing roll disposed in the recess. In other words, in order to form the embossed patterns on the surface of the synthetic resin frame by the embossing roll directly before the synthetic resin frame is extruded from the mold, the embossing roll is installed to be rotated by a pair of bearing blocks(30) coupled with the outlet end of the mold in the state where the embossing roll is partially placed in the recess. The bearing blocks support the embossing roll to rotate with respect to the mold.
