PURPOSE: To monitor a through phenomenon of an unvaporized liquid occurring by an uneven flow, etc., of seawater and specify a through panel of the unvaporized liquid in an open rack type LNG vaporizer. CONSTITUTION: Temperature detecting sensors 13... are installed in outlet pipes 4... from each of the vaporizing panels 3.... When a difference of a prescribed value or above is present in a panel between the NG temperature or surface temperature of each outlet pipe detected with the temperature detecting sensors 13... and the average temperature detected with temperature detecting sensors attached to the other outlet pipes, a through phenomenon of an unvaporized liquid is judged to occur in the panel by an automatic monitoring device 14 for the through phenomenon of the unvaporized liquid. |
