APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PROCESSING IMAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus capable of reducing a blur in an image which may be generated due to processing in each sub-pixel and displaying an image with higher sharpness and rich clearness as to an image processing apparatus for improving sharpness and clearness in sub-pixel accuracy.

SOLUTION: An input image and a processed image are suitably composed in each pixel so that the input image itself is displayed as to a portion which is not emphasized by an image processing part in sub-pixel accuracy. Consequently a blur on a portion where an effect of the sub-pixel processing is small can be reduced and a high-quality display result with finess and sharpness can be obtained.
