PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound-recording device the operability during manufacturing of which is improved by constituting its damper and chassis so that they can be efficiently assembled. SOLUTION: The damper 1 has protrusions 3 of straight types. The chassis 5 is provided with a falling-off prevention and fixing frames 6 for preventing the falling-off of the damper 1, position fixing holes 7 in which the protrusions 3 of the damper 1 are inserted for fixing their positions and insertion guide grooves 8 for leading the protrusions 3 of the damper 1 to the falling-off prevention and fixing frames 6 when they are inserted.
