摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method by electroplating of a superconductive MgB<SB>2</SB>film, by which critical current density (J<SB>c</SB>) is improved by leaps and bounds compared with a conventional product. SOLUTION: Mg(OH)<SB>2</SB>(magnesium hydroxide) is added in molar ratio of 0.015-0.020 when the molar ratio of Mg contained in plating bath is made 1 in a plating bath heating melted containing Mg (magnesium) and B (boron), and a conductor substrate is inserted in the plating bath as a negative electrode, and a DC voltage is impressed between a positive electrode and it, and MgB<SB>2</SB>(magnesium diboride) film is formed on the conductor substrate.
