PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate superior in caster resistance, crack resistance and adhesion between a decorative material and a base material. SOLUTION: The laminate comprises a layer (I) of a reactive polyurethane hot melt composition (A) formed on the base material, a layer (II) of a reactive polyurethane hot melt composition (B) formed on the layer (I), a layer (III) of a decorative material formed on the layer (II), and further a layer (IV) of a specific ultraviolet ray curable hot melt composition (C) formed on the layer (III).
