VOICE OUTPUT METHOD AND PLANT MONITORING CONTROL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice output method and a plant monitoring control system for easily recognizing operation content, and for easily preventing the generation of any erroneous operation or the like.

SOLUTION: This plant monitor control system is provided with: an operation processing part 9 for fetching the operation signals of at least an equipment selecting operation and an equipment control operation from an operation input device 7 to control object plant equipment; a controller 10 for receiving the operation signal, and for outputting an operation signal 11 of an equipment control operation to the control object plant equipment; character string information 13 preliminarily stored in a process computer 1; a character acquisition part 12a for acquiring character information corresponding to the operation signal from the character string information 13; a character compiling/compounding part 12b for compounding and preparing a character message by using the character information by the character acquisition part 12a; a voice converting part 12c for converting the character message from the character compiling/compounding part 12b into a voice message; a voice output part 12d for outputting the voice message; and a speaker 14 for receiving the output, and for announcing the voice message.
