<p>A diaphragm circulator for liquid material comprises an internal circuit provided with at least one material intake orifice (2a), a circulator body and at least one orifice (4a) for discharging said material, wherein said circulator body defines a propulsion chamber provided with rigid walls (9, 10), between which a deformable diaphragm (1) is placed in such a way that the edge (2) thereof is adjacent to the intake orifice (2a) and the edge (4) is adjacent to the discharge orifice (4a) for forming a ripple carrier, a diaphragm-exciting member is arranged on the side of the intake orifice (2a) for producing an reciprocating motion on the corresponding diaphragm edge in such a way that said ripple is generated and is provided with the circulator rigid walls (9;10), which are arranged inside free ripple amplitude envelop surfaces (7, 8) extending along the diaphragm (1), the diaphragm (1) is associated by at least one edge thereof (2, 4) with means for generating a tension therein at least while the ripple is generated in such a way that during the operation the diaphragm tension (6b) on the side of the discharge orifice (4a) is greater than on the side of the intake orifice (2a).</p> |
