New solution of a construction in the field of mechanisms for opening – closing the cover and the seat of a closet seat, herewith provides: a highly hygienic lifting of the cover (12) and a seat (13), with no hand touch, safely and reliably for use, simple for application and maintenance, cost-effective for manufacture etc. Construction of a mechanism consists in that as the following : having previously prepared a cover (12) and fixed a lifter mechanism (10) and a seat (13) and fixed the lifter mechanism (11), then an enclosing part (1) with already fixed holders (2) and (3) enclosed around the closet bowl (14) and firmly fixed by a screw (15), thereupon the levers (4) and (5) with footboards (16) and (17) onto the holders (2) and (3) and fixed by special screws (8) and (9), thereupon the levers (4) and (5) are coupled by lifters (10) and (11) and by means of levers (6) and (7).The mechanism operates such as the following: exerting thrust to the footboards (16) or (17) downward in the direction of arrow A, the levers (4) or (5) are lifted upward in the direction of arrow B, around the screws (8) or (9) of special, and by means of links (18) and (20) and openings (19) and (21), and by the levers (6) or (7) and lifters (10) or (11), open the cover (12) or the seat (13) by at least 92 DEG. The procedure repeats even when closing the cover (12) or the seat (13) by thrusting the foot on the levers (16) or (17) downward in the direction of arrow A.
