PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out image processing on sequential transmission data by seamless switching. SOLUTION: A shift register section 2 receives continuous transmission data including synchronizing information representing the top of a frame and subsequent image data. A synchronizing information detecting section 3 detects synchronizing information included in the transmission data received by the shift register section 2. A register section 5 outputs information stored in a register set corresponding to the synchronizing information detected by the synchronizing information detecting section 3, to a data processing section 4.
