<p num="1"><br/><br/><br/>The invention relates to a preparation comprising one or more iron(III) <br/>complex compounds, which have at pH 7 a redox potential of between -324 mV and <br/>-750 mV in relation to normal hydrogen electrodes (NHE) and one or more redox-<br/>active substances. The carbohydrates are selected from the group containing <br/>dextrans and hydrogenated dextrans, dextrines, oxidised or hydrogenated <br/>dextrines, pullulans, oligomers thereof and/or hydrogenated pullulans and the <br/>redox-active substance(s) is or are selected from the group containing <br/>ascorbic acid, vitamin E and cysteine, the group of physiologically compatible <br/>phenols and polyphenols consisting of quercetin, rutin, flavones, flavonoids <br/>and hydroquinones, or the group containing gluthathione, and is in particular <br/>ascorbic acid.<br/></p> |
