A structure of an automatic water supply valve is provided to improve durability of a valve by integrating an attachment guide inside of an outlet body of the valve as one body without an extra valve guide. A structure of an automatic water supply valve includes a valve(30), a guide unit(33a), an outlet body(80), and an attachment guide(90). The valve is located on an installation groove(22) formed inside of a body housing(21) and has an O-ring attachment groove(32) for being operated according to a pressure displacement. The guide unit is installed inside of the body housing and controls operability of the valve from an outside of the valve. The outlet body is installed in a rear side of the guide unit of the body housing, and protects and finishes the valve. The attachment guide is located from an inside of the outlet body to an outside of the valve and guides the operation of the valve. The guide unit is formed in one body with the attachment guide.
