<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly reflect an effect of parameter change to a drive command for a motor. <P>SOLUTION: A servo controlling section 11 comprises a coefficient calculating section 14 for multiplying an internal parameter 103 by a parameter coefficient (105) inputted from a motion controller 2 when changing the internal parameter 103.
