PURPOSE:To provide securing method of armature core wherein increase of iron loss can be suppressed even if the armature core is fitted to a magnetic motor case and motor efficiency can be prevented from lowering. CONSTITUTION:Protrusions 2 for fitting an armature core 1 to a motor case 5 are provided and since the protrusion 2 is provided with a caulking part 3 for forming the armature core 1 by jointing silicon steel plates, distortion due to internal fitting stress is suppressed. Furthermore, since the rectangular caulking part 3 has long side directing perpendicular to the radial direction, flux leakage from the armature core 1 to the magnetic motor case 5 is suppressed even if the protrusion 2 is brought into tight contact with the motor case. |
