Odor neutralizer (I) based on water-soluble cyclodextrin, which is dissolved in an aqueous solution and distributed by a sprayer in aerosol form for purifying air with deodorizing effect against badly smelling molecules, preferably of ammonia odors, comprises: beta -cyclodextrin (6-18 wt.%); a graft (co)polymer of modified starch or cellulose (0.1-2.5 wt.%), obtained by the radical graft polymerization with acrylic acid; a perfume mixture (3-5 wt.%); and an aqueous solvent (74.5-90.9 wt.%).
