<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which enables the manufacture of a plastic film with no defect in appearance, such as a streak-like uneven pattern and foreign matter, when the method for manufacturing the plastic film by using a static mixer is industrially practiced by a production machine. <P>SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method for the plastic film, the plastic film is obtained through the following steps: two kinds of resins A and B different in chemical composition are charged into different extruders, respectively, and melted; and the molten resins A and B are merged together to pass through the static mixer, and turned into a cast film by being brought into close contact with a cooling roller after being extruded from a T-die. Characteristically, the ratio (ηA/ηB) between the melt viscositiesηA andηB of the resins A and B immediately before merging is set to be in the range of 0.5-2.0, and the shear speedγ(1/s) of the resin in the static mixer is set to be in the range of 2-100 (1/s). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
