The composition is prepd. by 1) mixing 50˜70% red bean jam, 20˜30% sugar and 8˜12% yellow egg, and boiling, 2) adding roasted glutinous rice powder and alcoholic drink, and stirring to obtain the final product. The obtd. product has a good texture and flavor.
