PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a track structure which is proof against deviation of a track pad from a rail due to expansion/contraction of the rail. SOLUTION: According to the track structure, the track pad 3 is formed of a rubber plate, and interposed between a tie plate 2 and a bottom surface of the rail 5. Then a resin plate 4 is interposed between the track pad 3 and the bottom surface of the rail 5. The resin plate 4 exerts insulation properties, and a friction coefficient on an upper surface thereof is lower than that of an upper surface of the track pad 3. The resin plate 4 is stuck to the upper surface of the track pad 3 such that both ends 4a, 4b thereof in a rail 5 longitudinal direction are bent at respective edges of the track pad 3 in the rail 5 longitudinal direction along respective external end faces of the track pad.
