<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of lowering the speed of a fan and performing further silencing in the information processor provided with a dust filter. <P>SOLUTION: The information processor comprises a temperature detection means for detecting the temperature of a heating component, a cooling fan, the dust filter, a dust filter moving means capable of moving the dust filter to a first position or a second position, and a control means for controlling the rotating speed of the cooling fan and the dust filter moving means.
