A method for repair of gas-turbine engine at which one installs the engine in vertical position, carries out disassembling of its units and outer body of compressor, performs repair and/or replacement of compressor blades, then engine is assembled and control tests are implemented. Preliminarily free turbine is disassembled and engine is installed with flange of nozzle unit to floor, blades are replaced both at rotor and at stator of compressor. Blades of rotor are selected by weight and length, and stator blades are selected by length.
