<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent sudden unlocking of a door by surely recognizing even the movement of an electronic key causing no operation. <P>SOLUTION: This vehicular keyless entry device has car inside transmission means 40A and 40B, car outside transmission means 36A and 36B, a receiving means 45, a main control part 50 and a driving device, and is provided with a vehicle unused state detecting part (a door lock device 22, and an engine control part 23) for detecting an unused state of a vehicle.
