PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive, to provide an adhesive sheet using the same, and to provide an electronic part production method and an optical part production method using the adhesive sheet. SOLUTION: The present invention provides an adhesive comprising an adhesive component and an alkali metal citrate hydrate, an adhesive sheet, and an electronic part aggregate or optical part using them. The adhesive and the adhesive sheet exhibit effects which can inhibit the deterioration of adhesive force due to heat generated during processing works, has an adhesive force deterioration-inhibiting effect on processing such as heat insulation, cutting processing, grinding processing or etching, and is therefore suitable for producing electronic parts and optical parts.
