<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten tact time by efficiently recognizing marks of a mask sheet or a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The mask sheet is superposed on the substrate W held on a printing stage and paste is applied to the substrate W through openings of the mask sheet, while images of a plurality of marks M1, M4 provided on the substrate W are picked up by a camera and recognized, prior to this printing operation. In the recognizing method of the marks M1, M4 in printing equipment, the sequence of recognition of the marks is set on condition that one of the marks M1, M4 which is most apart from the home position HP (waiting position) of the camera is made the first image pick-up mark, and the image of each of the marks M1, M4 is picked up, while the camera is moved in accordance with the sequence. On the occasion of picking up the images of the marks M1, M4, the movement of the camera to the first position of mark recognition is started before carrying of the substrate W onto the printing stage is completed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
