<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs by dispensing with joining by welding or the like, and to improve a function of an under-foil to improve a function and quality as a bearing. <P>SOLUTION: In this dynamic-pressure gas bearing, the foil for generating a pressure of gas is an annular body, and the annular foil is provided with at least one or more waviness portions. Further the foil acts as an upper-foil when it is mounted with the under-foil. As shown in Fig. 1, the foil F1 is flat, and is circularly formed by being wound on a rotating shaft. The waviness portions FU are formed at intervals of 120°. Semicircular arc-shaped concave portions FK are formed at an outer peripheral portion at intervals of 120°, and positioned by pins 5 buried in a fixing portion.
